The names “Thrivalist,” “Ready Harvest,” and “Puravai,” including any variations, misspellings, or similar terms, are protected trademarks and may not be used without prior written consent.
You agree not to use these names in any paid advertising, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid traffic platforms. This includes, without limitation:
• Keyword bidding (including branded search terms)
• Ad copy or headlines
• Display URLs or landing page URLs
• Social media advertisements
This restriction applies to all users of the site, including affiliates, partners, and customers.
Any unauthorized use of these terms in paid advertising may result in termination of access to our services, cancellation of orders, forfeiture of commissions (if applicable), and potential legal action.
9. Feedback & Submissions
Any comments, suggestions, reviews, or other submissions become our property and may be used without restriction or compensation to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrivalist, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site or violation of these Conditions.

From time to time, Thrivalist, LLC may designate certain products, promotions, or events as benefiting Thrivalist Missions, a not-for-profit outreach and preparedness organization.
Unless otherwise stated, purchases from Thrivalist.com are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.
Any contribution amounts or percentages designated for Thrivalist Missions will be used to support its educational, humanitarian, and community preparedness programs.
Thrivalist Missions is operated separately from Thrivalist, LLC and is not a party to these Conditions of Use.
By using Thrivalist.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Conditions of Use.
