We share information only as necessary with trusted service providers who assist us with operations, payments, fulfillment, hosting, and communications under confidentiality obligations; to comply with legal requirements; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; or with your consent.
We may share limited customer information, such as name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and order details, with authorized Thrivalist Connectors, who are independent affiliates and referral partners of Thrivalist. Customer information is shared solely for the purpose of providing customer support, order assistance, education, sending marketing communications you have opted into, and personalized product recommendations related to Thrivalist offerings. Connectors may not sell, license, rent, disclose, or independently use customer information outside of Thrivalist-approved activities.
Thrivalist may provide Connectors with limited customer information, including name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and order details, solely for the purpose of supporting Thrivalist customers through order assistance, customer service, education, sending marketing communications they have opted into, and personalized product recommendations.
Connectors may not sell, rent, license, disclose, reuse, or independently exploit customer information.
4. Connector Communications With Customers
Connectors must comply with all applicable laws governing communications, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and applicable state and international privacy laws. Connectors must honor opt-out requests immediately and may not engage in unsolicited or misleading communications.
5. Data Security and Responsibility
Connectors are responsible for safeguarding any customer or personal information they receive and must use reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
6. Enforcement and Consequences
Misuse of customer information or violation of this Privacy Policy or related Connector agreements may result in suspension or termination from the Connector Program, forfeiture of commissions, reassignment of customers, and other remedies available to Thrivalist.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
