Thrivalist Returns & Refund Policy

At Thrivalist, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and in your family’s preparedness journey.
Returns
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To start a return, please contact Customer Service at info@thrivalist.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns sent without an approved RAN may be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
Approved returns must:
- Be unopened
- Be in original packaging
- Be in new, unused condition
Special orders, clearance items, scratch-and-dent products, and used items are not eligible for return.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received from Thrivalist.
Once a RAN is issued, returned items must be shipped within 10 business days.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Thrivalist is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Restocking fees will not apply if the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
If visible damage is present at delivery, please note the damage with the carrier or refuse the shipment when possible.
If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, keep all original packaging and contact us immediately.
For manufacturer defects reported within 30 days of delivery, Thrivalist may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Lost Shipments
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 3 business days so we can assist with the carrier claim process.
Thrivalist is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after confirmed delivery but will assist customers in resolving carrier-related issues when possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled prior to shipment may be subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee.
Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard Returns Policy above.
Policy Updates
Thrivalist reserves the right to update this policy at any time without notice. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
