    This Shipping Policy is part of the Conditions of Use for Thrivalist.com. By ordering from Thrivalist.com, you agree to the terms below.

     

    Shipping

    Payment & Credit Card Charges
     To prevent delays or declined transactions, your payment method will be charged at the time you place your order.
     If a payment is declined after order processing begins, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

     

    U.S. Shipping

    Order subtotal refers to the merchandise total after discounts, before taxes and shipping. 

    Shipping rates apply to valid residential or commercial street addresses only.

    Contiguous U.S. & APO

    • Free shipping on orders over $99 to the lower 48 states.

    • Orders under $99 pay a flat rate of $12 for shipping.

    • Subscribe & Save members continue to receive an additional 10% discount and free shipping on orders over $99.

    • This rule applies to all products available on the website, including food and emergency items.

     

    Alaska, Hawaii & Canada

    Shipping:

    • 20% of the order total.

    • Free shipping does not apply for Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.

     

    Carriers & Delivery Times

    Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and other delivery partners based on the most efficient and reliable option.

    • Standard Ground: 5–7 business days within the U.S.

    • Canada: 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance.

    Processing and shipping times may be delayed during high-volume periods or if products are on backorder.

     

    International Orders

    International shipments, including those to Canada, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.
     These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
     Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times.

     

    Address Requirements

    At this time, we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

    A valid physical street address is required to complete delivery.

    We understand that some customers, especially those in rural or remote areas, may rely on P.O. Boxes for mail delivery. Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations and shipping costs, we are currently unable to support those shipments.

    If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, we may contact you to request an alternative delivery address or cancel and refund the order if no alternative is available.

     

    Taxes

    Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
     For Canadian orders, GST/HST/PST will be assessed where required by law.
